Subprocessors
Reframe Lab uses a small set of vendors to run the service. Each one handles only what it needs to do its job. This page lists who they are and what they process.
Current subprocessors

| MongoDB Atlas | Primary database | Your account, contacts, notes, and activity data (encrypted at rest) |
| Vercel | Website and app front-end hosting / CDN | Static site assets; standard web logs |
| Resend | Sending the emails you approve, and service emails | Recipient address, subject, and message content of emails you approve to send |
| Optional integration you connect — Calendar, Gmail, Drive | Read via your own OAuth grant. For email: message headers only (From, To, Date, Subject) — never message bodies | |
| LLM provider | Drafting and reasoning (writing outreach in your voice) | The context needed to draft — contact details, header-level history, and your writing samples. Never used to train the provider's models on your behalf without your action |
